Mentors and Teachers spend years learning how to properly educate and inspire youth. It is too much to ask for these wonderful people to also be proficient in engineering and manufacturing skill that also take years of university and experience to acquire. SIM provides the mentoring, knowledge, and equipment so Mentors and Teachers can do what they are so good at.
